Roger Kruger, P.L.S.
Principle Surveyor
Roger has been employed with EHM Engineers, Inc. since 1974. He has recorded over 200 subdivision plats and over 1,100 record-of-survey plats in two states and 15 counties. He has developed the rightof-way documents for over 40 Federally funded highway projects. Other duties include attending public hearings for annexations, rezones, special use and subdivision developments. He has 38 years of experience in Boundary, ALTA, Geodedic, and Topographic Surveying. Roger is a past president of the Magic Valley Chapter of the Idaho Association of Land Surveyors and past State Secretary of the Idaho Association of Land Surveyors.
Roger is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all land surveying operations for EHM Engineers, Inc. His responsibilities include GPS, subdivision, boundary, topographic, utility and construction surveys. He is responsible for all right-of-way development and is a Qualified Right-of-Way Agent for Federally funded highway projects. He has served as an expert witness for several court cases involving survey matters and as a special master for the court.

Doug Schwarz, L.S.I.T.
Survey Project Manager
Doug has been employed with EHM Engineers, Inc. since 1985. He supervises field survey services and coordinates project manpower. Doug has been involved with surveying for EHM as a party chief and as an office technician on civil projects for the Idaho Transportation Department, U.S.F.S., Federal Aviation Administration as well as private and public entities.
Doug is proficient in using all types of surveying equipment, such as Trimble Business Center, GPS Real Time Kinematic field and office tools, data collection, total collection, total station and spirit leveling. He also has experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Traverse PC COGO Software and uses his talents to process field data into finished CAD design and topographic maps. Doug is also one of the office computer specialists and has compiled a local surveying database of over 3,000 surveys and launched EHM’s first web page.

Willie Barnes
Surveyor
Willie has been employed with EHM Engineers, Inc. since December 1996. He was trained as a draftsman. However, working at EHM he prefers to be outside surveying. He now serves as the survey crew chief. Willie is proficient in using all types of surveying equipment, such as GPS Real Time Kinematic field and office tools, data collection, total stations and spirit leveling. He also has experience in AutoCAD and Traverse PC COGO Software to process field data into finished CAD design and topographic maps.

Chris has been employed with EHM Engineers, Inc since 2014 and has over 25 years of extensive experience in boundary and right-of-way resolution, ALTA surveys, final mapping, legal descriptions, construction staking and topographic surveying. His accurate and thorough work provides clarity on the most complicated survey matters.

Eddy has been employed by EHM Engineers, Inc. since November 2015.
Eddy works as a survey crew member. He is experience in the use of RTK GPS and spirit level surveying equipment.
