His responsibilities are diverse and being a Drafting Technician, Civil Design Technician, Engineering Technician, Quality Control Inspector, and Materials Tester. His duties as a drafting and design technician include commercial site designs, researching and surveying existing conditions, as well as subdivision-plat planning and design. His duties as an inspector/tester include the testing and inspecting of water, sewer, soil, aggregate, concrete, masonry, steel and asphalt.

Field Inspector
Paul has been employed by EHM Engineers, Inc. since August 2005. He brings over 20 years of experience in surveying, drafting & design, testing and inspection for engineering services. The main focus of experience has been in the inspection of soils, asphalt, concrete, structural steel and welding. His experience has come from many diverse projects throughout his career ranging from civil subdivisions to complex projects which include: Bellagio Hotel & Casino – Las Vegas, NV, Chaco Cryocogeneration Station for El Paso Natural Gas Co. – Chaco, NM, Stratosphere Tower – Las Vegas, NV, Jerome Cheese, Glanbia Foods, Idaho Milk Products, Bell Rapids Substation, St. Luke’s Hospital, and Chobani Yogurt Plant.

Brandon Kruger
Quality Control Laboratory Technician Assistant
Brandon has been employed with EHM Engineers, Inc. since 2008. His primary roles include assisting the laboratory technicians with any work related to the materials testing and inspection department. He is the right hand man when any technician needs something done in the lab or delivered out on site.

William "J" Nenno
Laboratory Services Supervisor
J has been employed with EHM Engineers, Inc. since 2012. He has been involved in the materials testing and inspection business for more than 35 years. His involvement has ranged from lab and field technician to business owner and manager. He has also been involved with geotechnical investigations and environmental sampling thorughout the years. He was also fortunate enough to have been able to teach "Strength of Materials" to civil engineering and draft and design students at Idaho State University for one year. He believes in straightforward proactive communication and is a problem solver.
Education: studies in Electrical Engineering, Ohio Institute of Technology, 1974-1976
Licenses/Certifications: NICET Level III Certified in Concrete, Soils and Level IV in Asphalt; ACI Level I Field Technician; WAQCT Certified in Asphalt and Base and Embankment; Super pave Field Technician.
